"I'm Very Pleased!" 5-Star Reviews From Greenville and Plymouth Patients
I absolutely love Earp Dentistry! They’re so nice and will make you feel so welcome. Dr. Earp and his team has truly helped me out a lot. I had an abscess and I was immediately scheduled to be seen. I was extremely nervous because it was my first time having my tooth pull but I didn’t feel anything at all. It was painless before I realize it he was done. I’m very pleased! If you’re trying to find a great dentist Earp Dentistry is the place to be!

Dental Implants
Missing teeth do more than have an impact on the comfort and appearance of your smile. When you lose a tooth, the lack of dental roots causes the bone tissue in your jawbone to deteriorate. Left untreated, this atrophy causes surrounding teeth to shift and fall out, and in turn, cause further bone loss. This can also cause your face to look sunken and aged beyond your years.
Dental implants from our Greenville, NC, dental office are the only modern dental treatment that can replace missing teeth and effectively stop jawbone atrophy. Dental implants also provide unmatched stability for a lifelike restoration such as a crown, bridge, or denture.
Orthodontics
You do not have to be embarrassed by your crooked smile. A straighter smile is not only more attractive, but it also allows patients to better maintain their dental health. Our Greenville, NC, dentist practice offers multiple orthodontic treatments to meet your unique needs and goals.
Patients with mild to moderate teeth alignment issues may qualify for the Invisalign® system of clear aligner trays. Invisalign provides a discreet alternative to traditional metal braces. Advantages include increased comfort, virtually invisible alignment trays, and no diet restrictions. For more severe cases of misalignment, our team of dentists also provide traditional braces.
Veneers
If you are unhappy with the look of your smile due to slightly crooked, chipped, cracked, or stained teeth, porcelain veneers offer breathtaking cosmetic enhancement. Crafted from ultra-thin porcelain shells, veneers are custom-made to seamlessly blend with your surrounding teeth. The advanced materials used to construct veneers are incredibly strong and are engineered to withstand normal biting forces for more than a decade with proper care.
For a truly stunning smile transformation, our dentists can design a custom veneer treatment plan to help you reach your cosmetic goals. To learn more about how we can help give you a whiter, brighter smile thanks to veneers, contact one of our convenient practices in Greenville or Plymouth, NC, today.
Dental Crowns
Following treatment for trauma, decay, or a root canal, our dentists can place a crown over the affected tooth to protect it from further damage. Made from the same advanced materials used for dental veneers, an all-porcelain crown can be color-matched to blend in with your surrounding natural teeth.
For patients who visit our Greenville or Plymouth, NC, dental offices and are missing a single tooth, an implant-supported crown can complete your smile. By promptly treating a single missing tooth with a crown supported by a dental implant, you can avoid the future costs and health issues caused by advancing jawbone atrophy, protecting your appearance and health in the process.
Dental Bridges
Missing teeth due to trauma, gum disease, or tooth decay can make everyday tasks such as eating and speaking a challenge. A gap in your smile can also cause feelings of self-consciousness. A custom dental bridge can fill the gap in your smile caused by one to three teeth, restoring balance and function to your bite. Our Greenville and Plymouth, NC, dental practices can provide patients both traditional and implant-supported dental bridges.
Traditional dental bridges are supported by nearby teeth and are generally a more affordable option. An implant-supported bridge offers additional benefits to your health by stopping further bone loss in your jaw.
Dentures
Missing most or all of your teeth takes a significant toll on your quality of life. Dentures can replace several missing teeth or an entire arch, renewing your ability to eat, speak, and smile so you can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. Our Greenville, SC, dentists can design a custom denture that will look completely lifelike and provide full, youthful facial definition.
Qualifying patients can take advantage of the benefits of implant-supported dentures. By anchoring your dentures directly to your jawbone with dental implants, you can protect your oral and general health while enjoying restorations that will never shift or click.
